29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables shall be connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided that will prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws. a) OEG Building Material, Sayreville NJ/ Warehouse- the flexible cord connected to the attachment plug for the overhead gantry crane was not connected to a device and fitting so that strain relief was provided. Observed on or about on 12/11/2018.
