29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage:(a) (LOCATION) (IDENTIFY EQUIPMENT AND CONDITION(S)) (STATE HAZARD(S) TO EMPLOYEE(S)) (a) Maintenance Department: On or about December 6, 2018 a thirty-seven inch deep by five foot wide area in front of the electrical circuit breaker panel box, that is used to supply power to the Maintenance Department and Physical Therapy Department, was used for storage that prohibited immediate access to the panel box.
