29 CFR 1926.651(i)(3): Sidewalks, pavements, or appurtenant structures had been undermined and a support system or another method was not provided to protect employees from the possible collapse of such structures: a. On or about December 4, 2018, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee conducting water main tapping operations undermined the sidewalk pavement and street pavement, thereby exposing employee to the hazards associated with a concrete and or street collapse.
