29 CFR 1910.266(f)(2)(vii): The machine shall be operated at such a distance from employees and other machines such that operation will not create a hazard for an employee. a) At the logging site - On or about November 28, 2018, the Skidder operator did not make sure an employee walking on the ground was not in the path of the Skidder. Employees were exposed to struck-by hazards.
