29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain copies of the required material safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical in the workplace: The employer is failing to protect employees from chemical hazards. This was most recently documented at the MBTW facility located at 200 N. Main Street, Ottawa, Kansas. Employees engaged in waste removal work were exposed to skin irritation, carcinogenic hazards and burns while dispensing diesel fuel in that the employer did not maintain copies of the required safety data sheet to ensure that employees are aware of the hazards associated with the chemicals with which they work.
