29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: The employer is failing to protect employees from fall hazards. This was most recently documented on November 16, 2018 at the residential construction site located at 79 Horizon Lane in Camdenton, Missouri. Employees engaged in residential roofing activities from a 4:12 pitch roof were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 34 feet from the eave of the residence to the ground below. Employees had not been provided training to recognize, evaluate, and control fall hazards.
