29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(C): The energy control procedure did not clearly and specifically outline the steps for placement, removal and transfer of lockout devices or tagout devices and the responsibility for them: 8170 Alcovy Road, Covington, GA 30014 (Lockout/Tagout Procedures) - On or about 11/16/18, Maintenance employees were exposed to sudden energization or start-up of multi-energy source equipment/machinery such as, but not limited to the Rennco's and TSE Machines. The company's exiting documented lockout/tagout procedures were found with the following deficiency: a. The energy control procedures did not specifically outline the steps for the removal of locks and restoring lockout/tagout equipment back into services for the Rennco's and TSE Machines.
