29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i): The employer did not provide adequate training to ensure that the purpose and function of the energy control program was understood by employees: 1) Saw Mill: On or about November 9, 2018 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to an amputation hazard, in that lockout/tagout training were not conducted with all of the employees operating the New Edger model 4TA36-edger.
