29 CFR 1910.138(a): The employer did not select and require employees to use appropriate hand protection when employees hands were exposed to hazardous condition(s): On or about November 2, 2018, at a jobsite located at 14655 SW 56th Street, Miami, FL 33175, the employer did not provide employees with the appropriate hand protection while wearing disposable food-grade vinyl gloves and using hazardous chemicals including but not limited to, Chlorinated Degreaser (Corrosive, pH 13.5).
