29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: On or about 11/7/2018, at the kitchen area of Bokamper's Sport Bar & Grill, 3115 NE 32nd Ave, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33308, employees worked with hazardous chemicals, such as, but not limited to; Lime-A-Away (with a pH of 0.1 to 0.2), Apex Power Plus a corrosive (with a pH of 11.1 to 11.8), Super Trump a corrosive (with a pH of 13.0 - 14.0), Monogram bleach disinfectant (with a pH of 12.5), without having a quick drenching or flushing of the eyes readily available.
