29 CFR 1910.29(b)(1): The top edge height of top rails, or equivalent guardrail system members, were not 42 inches (107 cm), plus or minus 3 inches (8 cm), above the walkingworking surface; where the top edge height exceeded 45 inches (114 cm), the guardrail system did not meet all other criteria of paragraph (b) of this section. On or about 10/29/2018, at the Traffic Barricade Type H (TBH) form equipment located outside of the facility at 220 Cargill Road Connector, Macon, GA: Employees walking and working on the fabricated metal platform connected to the TBH form equipment top rail measured about 34 1/2 inches from the work platform surface. The employer failed to ensure the top edge height of the top guardrail system was 42 inches plus or minus 3 inches.
