29 CFR 1910.107(b)(1): The spray booth was not substantially constructed of steel, securely and rigidly supported, or of concrete or masonry. On or about October 26, 2018, employees working in building were exposed to explosion hazards due to one of the spray booth's walls constructed plastic lining.
