Production Lines - On or about and times prior to October 23, 2018, employees engaged in the cleaning and sanitizing of the production lines (e.g. conveyor belts and rollers) were not provided training that addressed the applicable energy source, the type and magnitude of the energy in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary to isolate and control the energy source on the production lines, thus exposing employees to caught-in hazards.
