29 CFR 1904.29(b)(1): The employer did not provide the required injury or illness descriptions on the Log of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses, OSHA Form 300: a) Washington Convention Center, 801 Mt. Vernon Ave., NW - On or about October 2, 2018, the employer failed to record in Column F on the company's OSHA 300 Injury and Illness log a description of the injuries and body part(s) affected that were sustained by a worker which included a fractured tibia and lacerations to his arms. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).
