29 CFR 1910.178(a)(4): Modifications and additions which affect capacity and safe operation shall not be performed by the customer or user without manufacturers prior written approval. Capacity, operation, and maintenance instruction plates, tags, or decals shall be changed accordingly: a) Century Retailers & Manufacturers, Inc.: 401 Clearview Rd, Edison, NJ 08837 - Warehouse - The employer did not ensure that the load capacity plate(s), tag(s) or decal(s) were changed to reflect the addition of the Nutting Furniture Cart, an after market attachment, used for order picking operations. Condition noted on or about 10/15/2018.
