29 CFR 1910.30(a)(1): Before any employee is exposed to a fall hazard, the employer did not provide training for each employee who used personal fall protection systems or who is required to be trained as specified elsewhere in this subpart. Employers did not ensure employees are trained in the requirements of this paragraph on or before May 17, 2017. On or about 10/15/2018, in the warehouse production area at 1030 Raco Court, Lawrenceville, GA: Employees exposed to a fall hazard at or above four (4) feet from ground level, while standing on the platform of a order picker powered industrial truck was not provided fall protection training.
