29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): The Floor of each workroom was not maintained in a clean and, to the extent feasible, in a dry condition. When wet process were used mats were not provided: a) Small Bird Area - On or about October 10, 2018, the employer failed to ensure that the floor was maintained in a dry condition to the extent feasible or mats were provided. Employees working in the Battery Charging Area were exposed to slip and fall hazards created by the wet and slippery condition of the floors.
