29 CFR 1910.179(j)(3): A complete periodic inspection of crane(s) had not been conducted in the past 12 months: The employer is failing to protect employees from struck-by hazards while operating an overhead gantry crane. This was most recently documented on or about 10/02/18 at the Well Watch, LLC facility located at 13937 Hwy 283, Ness City, Kansas 67560. The employer had not conducted a complete periodic inspection of the Deshazo, 15 ton, Serial Number 20711 overhead gantry crane in the shop area.
