29 CFR 1910.332(b)(1): Employees were not trained in and familiar with the safety-related work practices required by 1910.331 through 1910.335 that pertained to their respective job assignments: Men's Department at the Sears Store: On or about September 21, 2018, and at times prior thereto, employees authorized to perform lockout/tagout on the electrical box panel, were not provided training by the employer to ensure he understood the type and magnitude of energy being controlled, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation and control.
