29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i): The employer did not provide training to ensure that the purpose and function of the energy control program was understood by employees: On or about September 13, 2018; At the worksite located at 150 Bobo rail in Canton, Georgia employer failed to ensure that each authorized, affected and all other employees were properly trained in lockout/tagout, exposing employees to cuts, lacerations, amputation and possibly death.
