29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(ii): The employer did not certify that periodic inspections of the energy control procedures had been performed: a. 2000 Industrial Highway, Building 5, Eddystone, PA 19022 - The employer failed to conduct periodic inspections of the companies energy control procedures. Employees perform servicing and maintenance activities on equipment including, but not limited to passenger transport vehicles (bus) which had gravity, electrical and mechanical as its energy sources. This condition was observed on or about September 5, 2018.
