29 CFR 1910.1030(f)(1)(i): The employer did not make available the hepatitis B vaccine and vaccination series to all employees who have occupational exposure: On or about August 29, 2018, employees had an occupational exposure to blood and other potentially infectious materials (OPIM) while being allowed to clean droplets of blood following a work-related injury. The employer failed to ensure that the Hepatitis B vaccine and vaccination series were available and offered to employees. There is no abatement certification or documentation required for this item.
