29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms before being released for use by employees: At a residential construction site located at 5120 Paseo, Kansas City, Missouri. Employees performing stucco and painting operations at a elevated height on a tubular framed scaffold, were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 17 feet to the surface below, without guardrails, safety net, fall arrest or fall protection system.
