29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a. 339 West Broad St., Westfield, NJ (The Parker) Employees engaged in the residential framing activities were observed working at the edge of the third story at heights greater than 20feet and were not protected from falls by use of a safety net system, guard rail system, or a personal fall arrest system. Violation observed on or about August 28, 2018 MP Construction, LLC was previously cited for a repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1209491, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on June 21, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 426 Lincoln Highway (Route 27), Woodbridge, NJ 07095 MP Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 953264, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on March 3, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 59 Valley Spring Road, Morristown, NJ 07960.
