29 CFR 1910.176(b): Materials stored in tiers were not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that they were stable and secure against sliding and collapse: (a) Production, Fruit Room Outside of Room #3, Low Care Area: Boxes of pineapples stacked on top of a damaged pallet were not secured to prevent sliding, on or about 8/8/2018. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 AS PER 29 CFR 1903.19
