29 CFR 1926.200(b)(1): A danger sign was not used where an immediate hazard exists: (a) Demolition site - On or about July 31, 2018 where employer identified that sections of metal roof could not support the weight of an employee danger signs were not posted to warn employee of imminent hazard. Hazardous area was not marked, covered or barricaded.
