29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1): Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: Date of Violation: On or about 08-02-2018 and times prior thereto, located at U.S. Postal Service at 10509 Patterson Ave. Richmond, VA 22328, Condition: Employees were exposed to electrical hazards from a "Dayton" 24 inch circulation two-speed electric metal fan motor that had electric wires protruding from a hole without chaffing protection from sharp edges and no strain relief. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employee(s) and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
