29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1): (1) Walking-working surfaces are inspected, regularly and as necessary, and maintained in a safe condition; On May 29, 2018, the walking working surface of shipping dock one was covered in mud, trash and other debris which exposed employees to slips, trips and fall hazards where the employer did not have the walking-working surface inspected regularly and as necessary after rainfall.
