29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: On or about July 25, 2018 and times prior, at least a portable fire extinguisher on the east side of the Hall 6H tilt-mold machine was blocked by a table saw, flexible electric cords, portable electric fan, metal table, and metal trash bin.
