29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Authorized employee(s) did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation and control: Laser Cutter Operation: Training for lockout/tagout authorized maintenance personnel did not adequately explain the methods and means necessary for energy isolation and control of the laser loader because the training was based on a machine-specific lockout/tagout procedure for the laser loader that was not written with a sufficient level of detail.
