29 CFR 1910.332(b)(2): Employees, who were not qualified persons, were not trained in and familiar with any electrically related safety practices not specifically addressed by 29 CFR 1910.331 through 29 CFR 1910.335, but which were necessary for their safety. The employer is failing to prevent employee exposure to contact with electricity. The condition was most recently observed on or about July 18, 2018, at J.P. Bushnell Packing Supply Company, 3041 Locust Street, Saint Louis, Missouri. The employer does not train and ensure employee(s) are familiar with the safety-related work practices required for connecting a 30-amp, 4-prong, wire to a Frigidaire, 27-inch Electric Laundry Center Dryer (Model No.: FFLE3900UW, Serial No.: 4E82111556) during an appliance delivery and installation.
