29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: On or about July 20, 2018, and at times prior to, employees were exposed to hazards associated with improperly stored fire extinguishers where the following deficiencies found included, but were not limited to: a) Electrical panel next to office: A portable fire extinguisher was located on the floor and was not mounted or its identified location. b) Workshop area: The fire extinguisher was blocked by equipment in storage and its location was not identified. c) Docking area: The fire extinguisher was blocked by boxes and pallets.
