29 CFR 1910.217(c)(1)(i): The employer did not provide and ensure the usage of point of operation guards or properly applied point of operation devices on every operation performed on mechanical power press(es) a) ON or about 07/24/18 at the Basket Road facility; employees were exposed to an amputation hazard when the Niagara mechanical power press was operated with a foot pedal and did not have guarding devices or mechanism for operator protection.
