29 CFR 1910.333(a)(2): Where exposed live parts were not deenergized (i.e., for reasons of increased or additional hazards or infeasibility), other safety-related work practices were not used to protect employees who could be exposed to the electrical hazards involved: On or about July 16, 2018, and at times prior there to, the employer did not ensure that employees performing heating, ventilation and air conditioning servicing activities deenergized or implemented other safety related work practices to protect employees. Employees were exposed to electrical hazards.
