29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer shall instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his work environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury. a. On or about July 12, 2018, located at 285 Sunbury Road in Westerville, Ohio, the employer did not instruct employees in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions for employees performing stucco and painting from a low-slope roof and aerial lift, thereby exposing the employees to the hazards associated with performing stucco and painting work.
