29 CFR 1910.333(c)(3): When work was to be performed near overhead lines, the lines were not deenergized and grounded, nor were other protective measures provided before work was started: On or about July 6, 2018 the employer does not ensure that employees are protected from contact with energized electric lines while tarping their trucks before leaving the facility. Employees are exposed to hazards associated with contact with overhead electric lines.
