29 CFR 1910.30(a)(1): Before any employee is exposed to a fall hazard, the employer did not provide training for each employee who uses personal fall protection systems or who was required to be trained as specified elsewhere in this subpart: On or about July 2, 2018, at 50 Poinciana Lane, Boca Raton, FL 33487, employees working at a height of approximately 22 ft. were not trained on fall hazards encountered at the jobsite.
