29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not train each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards to enable them to recognize fall hazards and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a) 1251 County Road 369, Clanton, AL: On June 22, 2018 and at times prior, the employer failed to ensure that employees involved in construction activities were trained on how to use fall protection provided for use and when it was required to be used.
