29 CFR 1910.134(c)(2): The employer did not develop and implement a respiratory protection program in accordance with sections i and ii of this paragraph (c)(2) for employees who chose to wear respirators where respirator use was not required: Shop area in the warehouse; On or about 6/12/18, the employer provided a tight-fitting air-purifying respirator to an employee for voluntary use without implementing a respiratory protection program that includes the following elements to ensure safe use: providing Appendix D; ensuring the employee is medically capable to use a respirator, cleaning, storage and maintenance.
