29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a.) BPC Management Group, LLC dba Turning Point Chemical Dependency Treatment Center, Water room area, on or about June 13th, 2018, and times prior thereto: Employees were working with and around corrosive chemicals including, but not limited to, sodium hypochlorite. Facilities for quick drenching and flushing of the eyes and/or body were not available to employees working with sodium hypochlorite in the Water room area.
