29 CFR 1910.37(b)(6): Each exit sign was not illuminated to a surface value of at least five foot-candles (54 lux) by a reliable light source and was not distinctive in color: On or about June 5, 2018, at Parts Authority 5944 Peachtree Corners East, Norcross, Georgia: Employees performing warehouse work were exposed to fire and smoke hazards when an exit sign in Zone B and an exit sign installed above the hallway leading from the warehouse to the office area were not illuminated.
