29 CFR 1926.850(b): The walls or floors were not shored or braced where employee(s) were required to work within a damaged structure to be demolished. a) Jobsite: Interior of structure, 2nd floor, rear room - The employer did not shore or brace the damaged floors of the structure where employees were conducting manual demolition operations exposing them to collapse hazards. An employee suffered fatal injuries when the floor and adjoining exterior masonry wall collapsed. Noted on or about 6/4/18.
