29 CFR 1910.269(c)(2): The job briefing did not cover at least the following subjects: hazards associated with the job, work procedures involved, special precautions, energy-source controls, and personal protective equipment requirements: a) Kearny #12 gas compressor MCC Job briefing conducted prior and during trouble shooting of Siemens Motor Control Center (MCC) for Kearny #12 gas compressor did not include possible contact with known 4160 volt supply line and required PPE for tasks . On 5/29/18, an employee performing trouble shooting of MCC was burned from an arc flash when he contacted the 4160 volt supply line to ground with an under rated meter. Employees did not wear Class 2 gloves, 4FR clothing and Switching hood, Class 4 during removal of bolted cover or racking out of breakers. Condition occurred on or about 05/29/18
