29 CFR 1910.25(b)(1): The employer did not ensure handrails, stair rail systems, and guardrail systems were provided in accordance with 1910.28(b)(11) Table D-2. On or about May 5, 2018, at Jacques-Imo Café, LLC, the employer failed to ensure that a stair rail system was installed at the service entrance/exit. Employees used the stairway as a service entrance throughout the day. This condition potentially exposed employees to a fall hazard.
