29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section. On or about May 29, 2018, the employer failed to ensure that procedures were in place for the control of hazardous energies on equipment serviced, maintained, and operated at the facility. Equipment includes but is not limited to mechanical power presses, lathes, cnc machines, and coil feeders. Hazardous energies present on the equipment includes but is not limited to hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, gravitational, and mechanical.
