29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: On or about May 4, 2018: At the facility located at 15 Enterprise Way in Dahlonega GA, employees were exposed to the release of hazardous energies, while preforming servicing and maintenance type work on machinery within the facility including but not limited to the Omax 80160 Waterjet. The employer failed to develop machine specific procedures for the control of hazardous energy.
