29 CFR 1910.29(k)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure toe boards, used for falling object protection, were erected along the exposed edge of the overhead walking-working surface for a length that is sufficient to protect employees below. On or about 5/15/2018 at 1298 Old Alpharetta Highway Alpharetta, GA, workers below the mezzanine were exposed daily to potential struck by hazards from above by materials such as but not limited to tools and materials where there were no toe boards installed at: a. the left opening. b. the right opening.
