29 CFR 1926.454(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that employees were trained in the nature of any electrical hazards, fall hazards and falling object hazards in the work area; This violation most recently occurred on or about May 8, 2018, and at times prior to; where employees, who were removing tree branches/limbs while installing fiber optic cable near live electrical power lines (14,000 Kv Primary). Untrained employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards while working from bucket trucks.
