29 CFR 1910.37(a)(1): Exit routes must be kept free of explosive or highly flammable furnishings or other decorations. On or about May 15, 2018, employees were exposed to fire hazards when spare propane tanks were stored outside of the emergency exit door located in the warehouse end of the building. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
