29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2): Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident: On or about 05/15/2018, Planet Tool & Gear, Inc. dba Planet Tool & Engineering, located at 315 S. Cool Spring Road, OFallon, MO, did have electrical hazards at or in breaker panels B and C. Various breakers were unmarked or unlabeled to indicate what or where they provided 120/208/240 volt electrics.
